The dates and times you see throughout Atlas Grazing are set by the device you are using. All data is stored in UTC and converted to the timezone your device is set to. So if you have team members interstate or you log into your account while abroad (assuming your device is set to local time) then you will see times and dates relative to the timezone your device is set to.
